This project is a result of self-reflection. I wanted to make a conscious effort to take the time to examine my mood and in the process, discover what in my life affects my mood the most.
This is a visual representation of that data which was collected over a period of eight weeks, three times a day.
I am currently developing a mobile application that would allow users to conduct similar studies of their mood.
